		<description>Jodi, these type of injuries can last a while.  Just be prepared to take a pass on the marathon, it isn&#039;t worth the risk if you are not healing properly.

I would avoid the treadmill when you first start out running again.  You will need to run inconsistent to adjust and the treadmill doesn&#039;t do that for you.

Good luck and lets hope for a quick recovery.</description>
