		<description>I can empathize with Evan.  Having asthma makes it tough at times.  It is hard to run a race when you can&#039;t breathe!

Make sure you don&#039;t push your hamstring along to fast.  You have some time to the race but if you start up to soon you really risk reinjuring it or hurting yourself on the marathon.  There are always other races.

I hope things get better soon.</description>
